Greetings! I built a bike with a motor on it. I've not seen another one quite like it. It's a 20 inch schwinn stingray. When I figure out how to do it I'll post pictures.

That's quite an interesting ride you have there. For some reason or another, I am envisioning a rack mounted fuel tank adapted to fit underneath the seat.

I have considered that option, but the petcock would be lower than the carb, and I'm not sure if the fuel would flow properly

So long as the bottom of the fuel tank is above the float bowl it will work. Even if it is only by 1/4 inch. The petcock can be lower than the float bowl. The fuel will flow up hill by the weight of the fuel in the tank which is above it; so long as the highest part of the uphill run is lower than the bottom of the fuel tank you will be able to use the full tank full.
