I have been motoring for about a year now. I got a free donor bike and put on a 48cc engine to be legal in my state. I had to do several things on it to make it reliable. Perhaps I can share those in a thread in a more appropriate sub-forum.

My state also has a 48cc limit to ride on the road without a tag or license. I weigh 195lbs and the little motor pulls me along just fine.
