This post is to demonstrate that some folks receive traffic tickets and have their cases dismissed without going to Court.
Basically, the issue is "Jurisdiction".
The question to the Prosecutor is, " What facts do you have that the Constitution and Laws of this state apply to me because I am physically in the state?"
No RS-68, no Illinois code, no laws are ever questioned or challenged.
Reminder: I am sharing this information to show what some have done to have their traffic cases dismissed.
I do not advise or advocate that you follow this path.
