I have 2 whizzer engine's one is a wc-1 the other is a ne-5 the engine with the carb attached runs just got tired of squeaky belts went to a diffrent engine and chain drive. Also the other engine ran but is apart nowit comes with old style carb along with the engine's are 2 rear hoops with newer belts. I will have turn signals any a few electronics from my 99 whizer that I'll no longer need.
