For What it is Worth - Raleigh Gruv 2 CF

Well, there isn't really a need for a time test because if it won't pull off with the brute force of my hands then the little bit of force applied by a throttle cable is unlikely to pull it off.

It is really easy to do, but slightly time consuming to file the nub down to the proper size. It took me about 20 min to complete the project.
JB weld stick is the name of the product. You can get it at any auto parts store.

Sounds good, I'll give it a try. Thanks for the name of the product, that helps.

Throttle Cable and Kill Switch

On a longer bike cable is near 62 to 65 inches. You want it long so bend to motor is large loop...

I searched under "long bicycle brake cable casing" and "recumbent brake cable casing."

Kill Switch

As before, forgot to mention that the pig-tail in the kill switch pic above link is to foil those who might try to start the motor or steal the bike, as connection grounds the spark and prevents ignition.
