frame and rims

Looking for a frame and some rims for a suoped up Ht motor. I am abig guy so rims need to be able to handle 330lb and would like them with 14 gage and dubble walled with all the right stuff. This is my first build and the motor I got has gone 53 on its first bike, all kinds of mods. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Richard P.S Also need a gas tank, little gallon one will be fine, thanks!
