So I got a jack shaft kit and the freewheel that came with it has threads that don’t fit a little black piece which I’ll attach a picture of below. The bike is a fat tire bike. What can I do now?

Isnt that "little black piece" the bottom bracket bearing cone? If so why would you need to screw it into the freewheel. My jackshaft kit came with the same freewheel and it screwed onto a pedal arm that also came with the kit.

So that same flywheel which I showed a picture of, those threads go attached to the pedal and through the shaft?

I'm not putting you down but it's obvious you haven't got a clue as to how to install a shift kit. That's OK many don't; asking for help from experienced people is better than messing something up trying to figure it out.

Here's a good video on how to install a shift kit. Just so you'll know this is a picture of my bike.

You're missing the center piece to the freewheel which connects it to the bottom bracket shaft. The one piece you're holding in your hand is a bottom bracket connection nut.

Well I've got it down and after finally realizing that the pedal goes to the freewheel I'm one step closer to finishing the kit. I'll try my best to follow tutorials or figure it out myself.

That's the wonderful thing about builds; whatever you think you were going to do, often times you'll find out you have to do something else. Have fun and enjoy.

Just so you'll know my shift kit has 4 sprockets on it instead of just 2.
