What bike is good to use the lock and load friction 4 stroke engine on? Not looking to spend a fortune on a bike. Any suggestions? Any good Walmart bikes these being used on?

There is a friction drive sub-forum, you might fine an answer there.

What is a Lock n load FD kit? Any links or pics? Is it front wheel or rear? Not enough info.

IMO I would opt for the Staton FD unit, much more robust bearings, and sturdier than the BikeBerry lock and load. As for Walmart bikes the Kent Bayside has held up pretty good for me with the FD set-up. I upgraded the tires/tubes, the factory ones are junk.
