Friction Drive EV Warrior

My drive roller is about toast. The bearings are in good shape but it looks like an hour glass vs. A cylinder with the friction surface. Can you guys help me or point me in the right diirection? We have 3 of these old EV Warriors and I just don't want to give up on this thing. Its great for making a beer run or Chinese food. Any info I would be happy
