You're never ever getting a 26 watt bulb to run off a dynamo. Try a 2.4 watt bulb.

It came stock with a 6 watt I can't see the light sounds worst what about LEDs

If you try to run a high wattage bulb (more than the rating) on these dynamos you up the current flow and lower the voltage. Light stays dim and current flow can burn out the wiring. Speed may be factor too, but most are designed to top out voltage at a certain rpm. I had one as a teen in Belgium, 6v bulb, dim yellow light, got me home after dark for many years. We are spoiled by the bright white light from current LED and xenon bulbs.
