Front electric wheel installation question

So my kit arrived today, I opened the box to make sure everything was there and to look over the installation insructions.

WHen installing the electric front wheel, the instructions say to make sure the nuts are tight, well thats obvious. But it also says that the motor makes a lot of torque and if the nuts aren't tight enough the wheel could come off, well obvious again. My question is should I use the red high strength loc-tite? I can't ever remember using it before, but remember looking up the instructions for use, they say you need heat to remove fasteners secured with it.

No need to use loc-tite. Just put on the torque arm and tighten the nuts.

Ok, maybe lockwashers? Now I'll be paranoid and probably check them every couple of days.

If I recall correctly, the nuts that they give you have are serrated flange nuts meaning that they do not need a lock washer. If they do not have it then put in a washer and lock washer.
