Sprockets Front sprocket diagram needed

there should also be a lock washer between sprocket and nut (teeth up so it locks to nut)

it doesnt push back with my hand but it goes a bit when i put the cover back on and use the lever..

and are the keys hard to make?

the key is 3/32in not sure what that would be in metric
it is just square keystock
