Front suspension on a cruiser

It's surprisingly easy to make a disc break mount
You were right about those cheap adapters I got, I can't get them to work for s**t. Thought about getting the bbr aluminum one but hell I may as well get a fork with the disc brake adapter on it. But maybe if I do it how Damien has it, Damien do you have a link if that specific one
All I do is slip the caliper off of the rotor and let it dangle on the end of the cable...lol...The rotor stays bolted to the wheel as well

Plus I'm really not that mechanicilay inclined. Lol
The suntour fork will be the easiest then. Take the stem out. Take off two nuts. Swap the fork then reverse the process.

This video is good and straight to the point. I recommend using caged bearings instead of the loose ones. Follow it but swap the fork. You may need a bike shop to move the crown race from the old fork to the new fork but only if the new fork doesn't come with one already installed.

If all you want is a disk brake mount, You can always do what I did then...Use the black caliper adapter that forks over your axle and then just attach the appropriate size "Adel" clamp to your front fork to hold it firmly in place.

I've been riding mine like this for years now with no problems.

So your saying use the adel clamp with those bracket adapters I bought?

Yep, just unbolt that useless bracket that never fits the forks right is all if what you bought looks like this...lol...lol.

I dunno, I would upgrade the fork if the suspension part matters to you. You can also buy non-suspension forks with disc brake mounts that will probably cost about the same as making your own if the suspension feature doesn't really matter either.

Suspension doesn't matter, I just wanted the forks with the disc brake mounts to make things easier but Damien has a good plan also. Thanks for all the info I will keep you all updated and take some pics soon. I have to say the grey tri spoke mag rims look good as hell. Especially with the tires I got. I don't have enough room for the disc brake rotor on the rear at all. The rotor hits the frame and I don't see how it fit. Can't use rim brakes on the mag rims so I might be stuck with just the front brakes, that's why I want them to work good lol. I have the old Murray Monterey cruiser, wonder if the rear set up would work on that bike. But jeeez I already have the wc80 on that one. I may as well just get the front forks though. Seems to be the easiest lol.
