i got it, then got swamped with projects, need to clear out the garage and I jsut bought a boat), it comes complete including the rear motor cover and seat (not pictured), just needs batteries.
Its not very fast (obviously) but a great starter project. strong motor, has a built in manual brake, chain driven diff, and full steel frame that disconnects from the motor section makingm it easy to modify.
My other idea for the unit was to attach it to the front of a wheel-barrell... but alas, no time.
