Fuel in the filter?

if it is dripping out, you need to check float and its needle to see that it is clean and the float not leaking fuel into itself

if carb is level, this usually isn't needed - to adjust, with the carb upside down look across top of float to see just a bit of main jet peeking up thru the hole - leaner (lower float level) is with main just hidden by float, while richer is with about 1/2 the main sticking up

before adjusting, be sure that float needle is working to stop fuel flow when closed

My carb needle was worn ,as to let fuel through, corrected by sanding needle with 300 grit! It worked!
