Fuel Leak at the carb

hi everyone,
I am new to all of this so bare with me. I have a 49cc motor I changed the carb with one off eBay Kai Bao. I'm leaking fuel out of a brass tube sticking out the top on the right side (there are 2) if that matters it's the one farthest from the air filter. Float stickin? Any help is greatly appreciated

what kind of carb? if CNS, google for diagram of which fittings to block off
