Fuel return

If you want it to look rat-bikeish get a narrow piece of copper tubing, (FLAPS) and a couple fittings. Put a nice coil in it right before it enters the side of the tank, well one fitting anyway. I was thinking clean before, but if you want to do that then the coiled copper would look perfect. Get enough line to run it up to the widest part of the tank and put the fitting in the side, keep it all tight to the bike so it doesn't get hung up on anything.
Wouldn’t that be a long run? Is the pressure that strong it can make it all the way up there? It sounds like a cool idea

From the diagram/parts list in #1, you could probably run the return line to the bottom of the tank on the opposite side as the petcock. Best way to find out how much pressure there is in the return line is take the line off the tank and put it in a clear plastic bottle and then start the motor and see how much comes out. Rev the motor up to simulate real time driving. If there is very little coming out then put the line on the bottom of the tank, if there is lots of pressure then go to the front as described earlier. Use can use the copper coiled line at either position.

Let’s see if this works
