I put a coaster brake on my bike and removed the rear brake lever. Left lever clutch, right lever front brake, foot rear brake (pedal backwards). I haven't quite finished the bike yet, excited to see how these controls work. I am going to use the front brake more, as I've heard issues with coaster brakes holding up, but I got a quality shimano one so we'll see. I'm also looking to upgrade to a front disk at some point.
