I ordered a master link and chain tensioner/idler pulley ($13.24 total) on Saturday 11/14/2009. I paid via PayPal and received a payment receipt from PayPal immediately after ordering. By the following Monday, I had not received any email confirmation from the vendor. So, I sent him an email asking if everything was OK with the order. I included my name, PayPal confirmation number, email address etc. By The following Saturday (1 week from the order date) I still had not heard anything from the vendor so I went to the website found their phone number, and called them up. There was no answer so, I left a voice mail message and asked them to call me and let me know the status of my order. I had still not been contacted on Sunday so, I called the number again and left a message that I would be filing a dispute with PayPal if I did not hear from them by 5:00 PM PST. Which is exactly what I did when I did not receive a call back. Eventually, PayPal decided in my favor and it took a few days but I did get all my money back on 12/7/2009.

After I filed my dispute with paypal I searched on the forums (I should have done this first) for and found this post So, apparently, I'm not the only one getting ripped off.

The moral to the story is: order stuff from a reputable vendor. I ended up ordering the parts from
Which is what I should have done from the beginning.
