Gas isn’t getting to plug

I bought an 80cc kit three days ago. I haven’t been able to get it started. Turns out gas isn’t getting to the plug. I don’t know a lot about two strokes. How can I fix this?

Make sure the gas is turned on at the tank.

pull the carb off and take off the float bowl. take off the middle "screw" which is the main jet and blow thru it and then look thru it. if you can't see light then it's clogged.
also turn on the gas and move the float up and down to see that fuel flows into the bowl area with it down and doesn't flow with it up.
make sure the slide moves up and down when playing with throttle position
