So I had a 3/4 of a tree and when I left my house....I rode about 10 miles 9.36 to be exact at an average speed of 8.15 mph..and I ran outta gas...I was under the impression these got good gas mileage.

fuel leak.. from tank/ carb/ ..... why is your avg speed so slowWWWWWWWWWW, thats like slower than leasure biking, thats like snail speed. Is your engine head leaking, no power.

Something definately isn't right. It's got to be leaking or running extremely rich, are you sure it was 3/4 full. That's just not adding up

See that's what I thought too but i'm sure i checked just before i left to make sure u didnt need to put more gas in

Well I'd fill it up again and doublecheck for leaks. Maybe pull the spark plug and make sure it's not sopping wet. It should be a tan chocolate color. If all checks out go for another ride and check your milage from a known full tank.

That's seems a bit odd,I can go 30 miles on 1.5 liters witch puts me around 70mpg in traffic and stop and go traveling. The milage I get is on the low side due to large carb and jetting,3/4 of a tank is roughly 1.5 liters on the small peanut tank and more if you're tank is larger so yeah something is not right. The 100+ mpg is if you dont rev it past 6k and use the stock carb and small jet with ideal conditions no stop and goes no traffic.

best I got last year from my 48cc was 90mpg on a long trip. I'd be happy with a 66cc that got 60-70
