Gaskets made easy.
Don't reach for the razor blade.
Grab your 8oz alignment tool (ball peen hammer) and tap it out,
Lightly tap gasket around the edges.
As you tap out the bolt holes (or punch) put bolts in to help keep gasket aligned.
The 1/32" rubber fiber sheet is great for making Valve cover, Cylinder base and Intake gaskets.
It only took 3 minutes to tap out this valve cover gasket. I made 10 and 10 cyl base gaskets
I had a lot of gasket material. I made a lot of gaskets for my Whizzer M/B
The rubber fiber sheet 26" x 10" x 1/32" can be bought at your local auto parts store for $7
I suggest using OEM gaskets for Center case and side cover gaskets as these are harder to make.
