Reduction ratio is the driven sprocket divided by the driving sprocket. China dolls have a 4.1 internal reduction from the crank to the clutch. Stock front sprocket is a 10 tooth but an 11 tooth is available online.
A 44 tooth rear would be a 4.4×4.1, 36 would be 4.1×3.6 etc.

There was a calculator on this sight that you could use to determine rpm, and speed. You had to put in the tooth count (crank and clutch gears) then sprocket(s) tooth count and tire size. I believe it was by "Jake", but I don't remember, it's been so long ago. My putter is down, so I'm using my phone.

Or you could just use my formulas:
Speed in MPH
(RPM × Wheel Diameter × π)÷(1056 × Total Reduction)= MPH
RPM
(MPH × 1056 × Total Reduction)÷(Wheel Diameter × π)= RPM
