Has anyone ever had experience with one of these? See:
http://www.bicycle-engines.com/4stroke-parts-gear-assembly-c-5_14.html
It seems a cheaper alternative to this one by Staton Inc:
http://www.staton-inc.com/Details.asp?ProductID=2362
I've got an email into bicycle-engines.com asking what the gear ratio is and how much it weighs. Staton Inc's is well built and has a really optimal gear reduction (18.75 to 1), but is expensive and heavy.
