General ? FD with good engine clutch not engaging properly

Buzz has this kit/clutch worked on the bike your using before? Is the clutch the right size for the bell? We're missing something here. Getting info from you is like pulling teeth. We're trying to help out.

If the kit was for something other than a bike originally the gear reduction in the kit might be completely wrong, causing the clutch to slip.
Pictures are quite helpful in this too.

Lift the kit up from the tire and check to see if the engine will run and engage, turn the spindle, If not then the problem is in the clutch pack or maybe the bearings on the kit itself?

if you feel like it's not propelling the bike correctly, it could be that bald drive spindle
