General question about 69cc capabilities

Hello everyone, I am in the process of breaking in my 69cc 2 stroke Huffy Parkside. I bought it brand new (5 miles clocked) built by a seasoned professional in custom kit bikes. I would like to know a few things. How far can one take these cycles in one go?
My general commute after I finish break in, is 6 miles daily, three in the am, three in the pm. The shop owner said my bike should do that happily, but how far can I take it safely, while preserving engine health and longevity? For example, is a 15 mile ride in cool weather, with a cool down stop or two out of the question? These trips would be once, twice, maximum thrice a month.
I will be getting an upgraded clutch and exhaust soon.
Thank you,
Newbie to the community.

Three miles one way? That would be a WOT rip!

5 or 6 mile trips are probably about as far as you'd want to go but, longer commutes of up to 15 miles one way are reasonable.

If you zip around a few miles at a time, there's no need to stop to cool down. Unless it's crazy hot, you can ride an hour or so with no issues. I would think most would agree with me that one hour is enough.

motor is at steady temp after about 8 miles - those crank wheels are first to see new fuel coming in and stay cold for many miles - folks with only short trips often have a lot of oil dripping from muffler

the motor ain't even gonna come all the way to temp in 3 miles. I've gone non-stop for 400 miles before with no ill effects. only an occasional 2 minute stop to refuel. your butt is gonna wear out before the motor
