It's a "Peanut Tank" off a Harley. They range from like 50-150 on eBay, and at local junk yards.

i could get one for free, but my dads are the 2 tanks with the dash in between. so id have to buy a dash, if i didnt want a hole lol

Maybe its just me.... but are your front brakes set to rub up against the tire?
