A change of jobs is going to take place for me soon. I will be parting ways from USIC, and of course I will lose the company truck. An opportunity too big for me to pass up fell in my lap a couple of weeks ago.

Unfortunately, this means I will start paying for my own gasoline again.

Fortunately, I've been lurking/posting on this site for years, and have built a few motorized bikes.

I used to ride a Kulana Moon Dog with a 66cc HT engine 18 miles one way, without any real issues. (Other than dealing with some serious vibrations) I'm now looking at a 13.8 mile one way trip, and doing it on a 33cc GEBE/tanaka setup. Should be a walk in the park!

14 miles is a piece of cake, just leave early :>). But the difference in a vehicle vs MB in fuel will make a big difference.
