Got my head from RDM today. Billett aluminum with +1mm deck height built in. Also got my RDM adjustable clutch shaft. Just waiting on the billet race crank to come in and I can finish building this engine.
Got some head today.

The billet case is 1 of 3 made to accept either a minarelli cylinder or a china girl jug.
The cylinder is a 70cc polini sport minarelli vertical. Polini fibre reeds. Rdm adjustable clutch shaft. Rdm head +1mm deck. Just waiting for my billet crank to be made. Should rip pretty good once I get it together.

The crank should be ready by dec11 and hopefully my ghettobike wheels will be in by Xmas. Still undecided on forks. Thinking pitbike forks will work but im going to have to shorten the fork tubes a few inches. I've also been looking at these Lawless forks but they are spendy, lol.

Shell Nitro 91 gas mixed 40:1 with Castrol 2T oil.
Run it hard til its hot, let it cool down. And repeat this 3 times and its broken in. After that I switch to 40:1 with Redline synthetic 2 stroke oil.
