Got the belt on. Now wont start unless its rolling forward

I knew that was hiding on their site somewhere! For some reason it wouldn't show up in my search, but I coulda sworn I've seen it there

It didn't show on mine either, but I found it in misc. parts. I got one of them for my taper shaft 4 stroker last year so I was pretty sure I remembered them having this one as well.
