Beautiful Sunny 80 degree SWF day yesterday. Had the grace of the Lord to allow me to ride three of my bikes today. Swapped out ride to the storage barn on the Cuzer and return on the Eagle (Ambassador / Chopper). And since I was dressed in long pants and shirt, I took a post sunsetting ride on the Harley. At 71 years old, I am truly blessed.

Even though while getting ready to leave my house on the Cruzer while getting it warmed up and off choke (It is finicky and if you give it any throttle it wants to take off if you don't keep the brake pulled hard) so I was trying to reach over on the other side of the bike with my left hand to close the choke while keeping my right hand on the twist grip and the brake at the same time, the bike lurched forward and I grabbed the left brake and down we go on to the driveway with the bike on top of my left leg..... No damage to me or the Cruzer other than I bent the license bracket which straightened back up easy enough and off I went.:LOL:

As I am truly blessed as well at 70 and a half years old now...lol.
It also means we both need to be very careful at our ages, if we fall and do get hurt we are not 18 anymore and won't bounce back fast like we used to when we were much younger...lol...lol...So be careful there Risky...lol...lol.

Where in SW Florida ? We have a condo on Marco island. Love it down there this time of year.

Marco is nice. Was just there last week visiting with a Harley Hummer friend. My parents "invented" Marco from back in 1962 when my Dad was selling the real estate while we still lived in Cleveland Ohio. They build there house there in 1968..... I have been in Naples for 45 years!

I used to visit friends from Marco Island, that would be a beautiful place to go riding, catch a boat and rev it up once ya hit the landing...lol...lol...lol.
I would like to ride the Island, but it is a 16 mile ride from my house and the main road is 55MPH and very busy traffic all year.... Need to trailer a bike down there.... will do sometime this year.

Get a hitch carrier, then you can take two. Nice to have options.

Yes, riding a bike on collier blvd or hwy 41 could take another 10 years off your life or worse! Have rode a bike all over the island, even a Boss Hog ! lol,lol
