Beautiful Sunny 80 degree SWF day yesterday. Had the grace of the Lord to allow me to ride three of my bikes today. Swapped out ride to the storage barn on the Cuzer and return on the Eagle (Ambassador / Chopper). And since I was dressed in long pants and shirt, I took a post sunsetting ride on the Harley. At 71 years old, I am truly blessed.
Even though while getting ready to leave my house on the Cruzer while getting it warmed up and off choke (It is finicky and if you give it any throttle it wants to take off if you don't keep the brake pulled hard) so I was trying to reach over on the other side of the bike with my left hand to close the choke while keeping my right hand on the twist grip and the brake at the same time, the bike lurched forward and I grabbed the left brake and down we go on to the driveway with the bike on top of my left leg..... No damage to me or the Cruzer other than I bent the license bracket which straightened back up easy enough and off I went.
