I get about 3&1/2 hours off a charge to run all the lights. I generally don't ride for more than an hour at a time so it's never an issue. Led are the way to go.

Thanks, I don't recommend a GEBE for the mountains. I had better success with a Friction drive and the best performance with a DIY scooterguy shifter.
