I love thumb throttles, reminds me of sleds but without the snow.

My kit throttle on my 50cc was acting weird . So I just bought one and installed today and went for a ride didn’t know if I could get use to having a thumb throttle but mines got a wire and it’s dual brake lever . I like after riding it. I took wire off.

That frame is pretty nice! The mag wheels are nice too. It's got disc brakes which is good if they are decent calipers, the fork is only fair, those pipes sell for $60-$80, those heads sell for about $40. However, what it's worth and what you can get for it are 2 different things. You probably won't get what it's worth, my guess is you could sell it for $750-$850.
