hey i have tried searching but cant seem to find anything. my friend has built an occ chopper bicycle with the happytime. we rode it yesterday and i have to say it was really fun. we are having a problem with it idling. do you have to pull in the clutch lever to get it to idle? when we pull it, the engine dies. we are going to try adjusting the idler screw today. thanks for any other help.

When I installed my 66cc, when I got it running, it took a good 1 3/4 clockwise turns in to get the right idle.....

Purs like a one cylinder kitten now!

got it going

Alright, well we went home and messed with the idler screw and finally got it working good. it is so much more fun, but man that happytime stuff is SO cheap. i guess the next thing we should probably do is get the brakes working! The posts for the brakes are bent, so they aren't working right. its going to take some work to fix.
