Well everything fits in the shell and I just finished playing with the bulb focus just need to mount the bulb to the reflector and run wires, this unit is powered by the troublesome lighting coil. A few pics and it does have h View attachment 80494 View attachment 80495 igh and low beam.

Nice going man. What location are you thinking of placing the headlight? Above handle bars or in front of fork tube??

Mounted to the head tube looks much better but it doesn't aim where you are turning. IMO its better to mount to the headset upside down to put it where a head tube mounted light would sit but will turn with your handlebars.

Going to mount to a bracket (to be fabricated) off the front fender fork mount hole, below handle bars and turns with bars.

That'll work just as well. Maybe have 2 brackets that meet in the same spot for the light, one from the headset and one from the fender mount? Would remove a lot of the light bouncing from a single mount point, I think.
