Hard pedaling

My skyhawk is having a really hard time to pedal it but it wants to start then no throttle I think cable stretched

adjust cable, adjust clutch, recheck cable

Heard will do if my throttle stretched is it ok to clip the end and solder a new end on it? Other than that it sounded great for like 5-10 secs

throttle cables don't stretch - check the length adjusters to be sure they are set properly and tight

not a good idea to solder throttle cable, but if you do, do it at top so nothing will go thru carb & into motor
