Firerglass tanks = crack risk = N G for street use

Dissolve foam in thinner ? That's a very cool idea, Fiberglass tanks are for show . The problem is cracking / leaking / crashing / shattering

I like the idea of burying a steel tank in a fiberglass outer shell Looks cool / safe to ride

Sportsman flyer does not make a tank that will fit inside the horn tank, neither do they even make a tank that fits in the cantilever part of the frame. Try looking at a page to see what's on it before linking to it.

No one has read the OP. He isn't looking for a tank to fit in the cantilever. He is looking for some sort of fuel cell that will fit inside a schwinn horn tank, which was a fake tank that fit inside the cantilever of the frame and housed a headlight and a horn.
