The tank is brass and was repainted and the sides were polished. So it now is obvious that the tank is brass because it has big brass cutouts on the side along with high dollar pinstriping. I think the tank redo was $400 - 500. Ouch!
I warned my pardner there was a pinhole in the tank and it should be sealed before painting but he went ahead and sure enough two bubbles on the tank, from air pressure I believe.
Bike is breathtaking regardless, just beautiful.
Gimme $1,000 and you ship. $1,250 and you forget it I will take care of it all.
