I'm looking at these 2 headers and wondering what the pro's on here think
Torque and hp are more of a concern than top end speed for me I have a trailer and a passenger seat. Note the massive price difference.

Is suggest either a fred head ( if he still makes them) or get a push 70cc moped head and slightly drill out the 4 holes (@GreasyChris you got more info on what model?) The puch moped head route is far cheaper (around 40$) and can give you really solid preformence. And those clones will actually reduce the compression (stock heads are 7 ish cc most China ones are 8-8.5cc)
Id suggest a 6cc fred head but, out of stock.
So currently the puch head is the best around.
You could also sand the stock cyinder and head down to get more compression and inturn preformence

Are you saying both of those heads candidly reduce compression ?

Yes the Puch head works great and cools great.
You have to drill the bolts holes to 8mm or 5/16. They are 7mm and are close but not close enough. If I remember correctly I think it measured 6.5cc and it's got a nice squish band. The Chinese head works well I have one of those as well. I'm in canada as well and the puch head was a little cheaper with the exchange and shipping. Heres the link for the head and where I got it.

the extra cooling outweighs and amount of compression loss. The loss of compression can be made up with decking the cylinder and setting the proper squish. That with some mild porting really livens up these engines. This is my bike with the puch head. Does 50mph and more no problems.
