Heavier clutch spring (minarelli build)

Case clearance with stock spring....
I've never had one of these apart... Just ran a grubee gt5 right out of the box for 8 years made a kx85 pipe for it... Left everything behind when I moved and now I'm gathering parts while my home renovation is shut down for the winter... At some point I'm going to put manual together like a Chilton's and have a hard copy with everything I'm running... It might be 2 years before I have a running bike to play with a pile of parts to keep it going...
 
Someone should tell Ethan to buy a spring tester because there is no way the stock spring is only 220-250 lbs, I use a valve spring from a Dodge 340 at 600lbs which are very easy to find and apply the same pressure as their three spring setup.
When you get the spring on the shaft what keeps it from moving off center and wobbling around it's just so big of an ID and wants to move around the shaft?... Wants to hang over the edges of the cups?...
 
RDM has had supply issues due to outside issues, springs for example
I talked to Ryan and the spring manufacture has not given him an ETA. Just another facet of global supply shortage I am afraid...
They have them in stock

I've been researching... I'm get the RDM soon and compare with some other options out there...

There are three maybe more not sure, sizes of valve spring, 1.250, 1.450, 1.550, besides their pressure rating and higher lift setups may have different open heights.

It's the inside diameter that's throwing it off...
