Just get as pair of universal ball end motorcycle or minibike brake levers easily found on ebay search for Rupp brake levers. Then cut off ball end along with desired amount of lever so as to make it more in scale with a bicycle type levers.If using bicycle size cables youll need to get universal cable ends or wire stops from Autozone etc. they are sold in multi packs in the Help brand section as the hole for the cable end is much larger than a bicycle. Also heavier cable such as that from a minibike is recommended and these cables should have the correct sized end. Try it youll like it.
