So if I get the stage 2 then with the hard pads that's all I will need right, I can use all the stock components with that spring right?

Hard pads really don't work all that well, they last longer but a softer pad grips better when heated up with use where the hard pads get harder and sometimes glaze with required slippage.
I used to used actual brake linings cut up and sized for pads and have gone back to the old black fiber filled ones, they work so much better all around!
