Hey guys and gals, I'm Andrew hailing from Sunny Santa Cruz California. I bought a cruiser bike with a 49cc 2 Stoke Engine. I'm stoked on the purchase, one because it cost less than 200 big-ones, but because summer is just around the corner and traffic hear comes to a standstill, what with all the tourists.

I got the bike from someone on craigslist who hadn't fired it up for 4 months, at which time it had an issue with the throttle. I had a related thread going on over here.

Other than looking forward to getting my newly acquired bike I work full time as an IT Specialist for a Pet Supply company based here in Santa Cruz but selling to individuals on the West Coast. I'm happy to see another site using the vBulletin software, as my company also has started an online forum but it pales in comparison to this one and it's user base.

I look forward to hearing from you folks and contributing more to this community forum.

Wow you got a great deal! nice ride. Parts page from one of the dudes on the left sell alot of throttle parts. Also e-bay has a lot of throttle parts by typing in motorized bicycles.

Yeah I noticed that and the previous owner mentioned ebay as well. I just would rather try to get something locally to fix it.
