Hello from Madison, Ct

Hi,
I am a 16 year old high school student who loves motor bikes. I have a standard 66cc stock engine, and a 36 tooth sprocket (soon to be upgraded to 27). My bike generally tops out around 33 on flat, and 37 down hill. I am interested in making some cheap, possibly home done upgrades on my bike to improve torque, top speed, and especially acceleration. If you have any suggestions i would greatly appreciate it.
