I'm in the throes of planning to get/build a motorised bicycle. I happily admit that I'd rather buy one ready to go - I don't have any delusions regarding my mechanical skills and although I'm confident I could put one together if I got a kit with no bits missing (yeah, right!) and they were all drilled and machined to fit correctly (yeah, right!), any road-blocks could become a major issue.
