Help 66cc or 48cc info

Hi, new to this, can you experts please tell me if it would be wiser to get a 66cc or 48cc. I live in washington state, dont have a licence, dont want a cop to pull me over if I get a 66cc. My question is will a cop know if its a 66cc and not a 48cc. Also if I get a 66cc flying horse mustang rider with the hp parts, will it be louder than a 48cc and vibrate too much, because back in 2009 I had a 66cc skyhawk and that thing vibrated and was knocky so much more than my 48cc starfire. Help guys, 48cc or 66cc, really want the 66cc but dont want cops to take it ticket me, thanks.

It will be your speed or your behavior or your lack of muffler that will get you pulled over, not an extra 18cc.

little chance the cop could tell the diff without opening to measure piston

you can get a 66 and put a 49 sticker on it too

Just make sure you drive quietly and lawfully, and use the 48cc sticker for lulz. Should be no problem.
