Help bogs low speed and won't idle

I don't know I haven't checked the float all I've had time for is messing with the needle setting and screw I live in a nice neighborhood and it's dark I can't trouble shoot right nowI

also inserted an o ring in the carb in hopes of keeping it from leaking

Maybe try to squeezing clutch in all the way with motor off if it moves clutch is right. Then choke on after that. Turn screw on carburetor the one with spring on it to idle it up.

With that carb i'd think the jet # would affect all ranges, tuned along with the needle, right?
