Help bogs low speed and won't idle

I'm running 21 carburetor sealed with a ring no air leaks I'm running rich I get it down to a 65 but I'm still too rich I have new Jets on the way

Got my Jets in, finished break, I'm loving it. You guy are right about the fenders had the front support break but I had the support arms oilfield tight and double nutted so luckily my front fender didn't turn into a sled and it stayed put till I could get home and repair it ordered plastic shorty fenders just to keep the grim off me.
