Clutch HELP! I lost my clutch bar. How long is it?

OK, just call me stupid, well don't, just let me know how long.

I lost the clutch bar that is in front of the little ball bearing.

How long is it and what is the diameter. I am sure I can make one from a shoulder bolt but I need to know how long it is.

Can anyone help? I know, no one really wants to take off the 3 bolts to remove the cover and measure the rod. Come on, I need to know. ;-)

That was fast! I just posted this a couple of minutes ago. I knew that this was the right place to ask.

I am sure others have done the same thing. (they just will not admit it)

As for what you win, it starts with a great big smile from another MB'er

I have around 600 miles on this thing and I love it. I was so bummed when I figured out I have lost the rod.
