Help identifying Whizzer/bike

Hello all!

Just wondering if anyone has any idea what frame this is?

Apparantly it's from around 1941. The motor serial number on the cylinder head is 2203 W 82 and trying to make out the serial number on the bike. I will get more pics.

There is no name badge. The sprocket looks like a prewar JC Higgins.

Any help is much appreciated.

Looks like a Roadmaster frame (made by the Cleveland Welding Co.).
A lot of Whizzers were built on Roadmasters.
